Front Door was painted. Black paint gives to this door a modern look.

From Door refinish

Old walls had glazed so sanded it down we did a skim coat on the walls. Double coat of primer. After all the prep work we use the primer and then the Finish coats of paint.
In this project we use Farrow & Ball Paint.

Living room Painting.

Chandelier and plaster crown around it was removed, chair rail removed, carpet removed.
Skim coat on the walls. We paint th Ceiling Walls and Trim.

Foyer and Hallway.

Bringing this home to live.
Peeling paint problem was on 95% of the surfaces we sanded it down then we apply the primer and the finish coats of paint. A lot of prep work.

The shingles were weathered and some trim were rotted. We applied a especiall chemical on the shingles to bring them back to life. All trim was painted. Now this home looks much better comparing as how it was before we arrived.

Deck was without maintanace for couple years so we did a power washing then the sanding and we applied the Sealer.

Paint coverage was one of the concerns on this project taht why we decided to apply two coats of primer and then two coats of the finish paint as well as docens of caulcking tubes to fill up all the boards joins.

Office Painting, great touch of paint to bring back the shinen of this office.

Ceiling taping was coming off its commun in this type of angles. We did the tapping and then paint the ceiling!

We were hired to re paint the walls it looks like an easy thing but once we got in and turn on the lights all the imperfections showed up i suggest to the client to paint the celing and walls as well as the trim the we could revive the beuty of the room even knowing that they want the same color on the walls.

We added Crown molding to this room. The Ceiling was Skim coated to achive a better finish it was in bad condition and as you can see a lot of prep work was done on walls and trim.

Dining room Painting and Carpentry!!!

Screens were damaged, it did not have a door and trim was needing some care.
We re design the screen suuports making the porch looking more modern. We also build and install a new door for the porch and now it looks beautifull. Check it out.

Whole outside of this home had a thick layer of mold and dirt we did thge power washing then you can see the diffrence just with the washing.
